Before you eat or drink anything just say  A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ar-rajim (before Bismillah) and complete Bismillah hir Rehman ira Raheem  (on food/drink) .  Remember dont let the devil fool you saying you cannot say shaitan's name on food, know that we are saying it over bismillah and the full bismillah over food. If you get a chance to recite Quran, please recite Surah Baqarah over and over again and also say the last 2 Quls often. Make dua to Allah to keep you steadfast and patient with all this. Allah mentions in the Quran about the concern Angels had regarding the creation of Human beings. Jinns earlier had oppressed other Jinns and spread killing/bloodshed. They (Oppressing Jinns not only killed this Jinns family but also made him their slave and send him as a pawn for magic possession)

These are the four states of the body that cause for Jinns to enter it easily. Extreme Anger Excessive Fear Excessive Headlessness Extreme Unlawful Desire (eg pornography) You can control #3 by being mindful when doing the daily actions like entering your home, eating/drinking, changing clothes, entering the restroom etc. I mean saying the dua before/after for the appropriate action. 

Not controlling your anger is a state (amongst some other states a human being is in) in which jinns/shaitan can enter your body.
